For Optimum Nutrition in today’s world, food supplementation is a necessity. It has been discovered that our cells require eight essential sugars to function properly along with a group of products to create a synergistic effect.
There are five basic functions that a cell needs to help create a healthy body.

5. Cleansing-Detoxification of the cell is important. This allows the cell to excrete the toxins from the body through the urine and stool. Cleansing can increase nutrition absorption in the gut.
Once our cells are functioning properly our body has the opportunity to fight off disease. There are on some occasions, which we are under stress (such as lack of sleep, financial worries, flying and working in air-conditioning) just to name a few, thus we need to increase our intake of antioxidants, glyconutrients and diascorea for our bodies to be able to cope with these conditions.
